Terms and Conditions
Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the SIMPI Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.
Subscriptions and billing
Some parts of the Service are available through paid subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your account or by contacting SIMPI. You must provide accurate and complete billing information.
Cancellations, refunds, and trials
You may cancel renewal before the next billing period. Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Any free trial is offered at SIMPI’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and safeguarding your password. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant SIMPI the rights needed to operate and provide the Service. You must have the rights required to submit that content.
Content restrictions
You may not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise objectionable content, or to interfere with the Service or obtain unauthorized access. SIMPI may remove content or limit access when these Terms are violated.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the property of SIMPI GmbH and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Third-party services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. SIMPI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
Termination and liability
SIMPI may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability limitations and exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and changes
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections. SIMPI may update these Terms and will publish revised terms on this page.
